SPEED CONCEPTS RACING BRINGS REDSPEED KART TO SKUSA WINTER SERIES WITH STOUT SIX DRIVER LINEUP

SKUSA WINTER SERIES

Already claiming one victory in a 2020 series, Florida based Speed Concepts Racing and their new Redspeed karts will head south to kick off the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) Winter Series. Taking on the AMR Motorplex on the grounds of the Homestead-Miami Speedway, the elite level driver development program will look to add more race wins and championships to their resume by bringing six talented drivers.

"The start of a new season is always an exciting one," claimed Mike Speed. "Renewed energy and focus and for us, a new brand. We are pleased to race and sell the Redspeed line of products now as it is another great product by OTK. Our goals continue to remain the same for this year and those include winning races and championships and providing our drivers with the best possible packages to do so."

Venturing into the senior ranks of karting, Speed Concepts Racing has enlisted the driving services of two rookie competitors in the X30 Senior category as they level up from the junior divisions. Luca Mars, already a victor in a 2020 program, will aim to continue the success from his junior karting career in senior while Luke Lange looks to put the experience gained and the increased speed in the latter half of 2019 to good use in 2020.

Three Speed Concepts drivers will hail from the X30 Junior field as Paul Bocuse, Jack Jeffers and Jace Park return to Speed Concepts Racing for their sophomore junior campaign. Showing speed throughout 2019, the trio has developed race craft that should elevate them to the front of the field in the talent filled junior category.

The biggest mover in 2019 for the Central Florida based program returns to SCR in 2020 with wins, podiums and a championship on his mind. Canadian National Champion Ayden Ingratta will continue his quest in the Mini Swift class and will look to battle some of the best drivers in the world under the age of twelve.

Speed continued, "The one biggest thing that I am excited about for our efforts in 2020 is consistency. We have had the opportunity to work with all the drivers under our tent in the past year and aid in their progress. They are familiar with how we do things and vice versa so I am anticipating a great year of competition."

Speed Concepts will hit the AMR Motorplex on Thursday and Friday for SKUSA Winter Series practice before wheel-to-wheel action commences Saturday. With two full days of racing, drivers will have one warm-up and one qualifying session before a prefinal and final to determine the day's winners.
