THE HIGHEST QUALITY
The new model of the Eos Kart range, with a frame entirely made of D. 32 mm chrome molybdenum steel tubes, replaces the EMK model inheriting all its interesting features. Many others are the news introduced by the OTK Kart Group R&D department.

Constant evolution
THE BEST WITH NO COMPROMISE
All the features of Eos Kart's top-range model, the Typhoon, can be found in the new TDX: attention to every detail, maximum quality of the materials of each component and constant evolution of the product, implemented by OTK Kart Group R&D department. The difference between the two chassis lies in the diameter of the chrome molybdenum steel tubes, D. 32 mm for the TDX and D. 30 mm for the Typhoon, making up the frame. As for the rest, all the winning solutions of the Typhoon are duplicated in the TDX, starting from the M10 fairing kit, coupled with the M7 number plate spoiler, now in light blue plastic, moving on to technical solutions aimed at optimising the driving position and comfort.

M10 Fairing
PIONEER IN AERODYNAMICS
The development of the kart fairing aerodynamic efficiency is now fundamental to achieve even better performance. OTK Kart Group R&D department has been a pioneer in this field for years, thanks to targeted wind tunnel studies and CFD computer simulations. This approach has led to the launch of revolutionary solutions, in the field of fairings, such as the M7 front spoiler, now in light blue plastic, with a unique design and able to reduce aerodynamic resistance, resulting in increased performance on track. Today, this model is joined by the M10 kit: new side bumpers, with reduced weight and dimensions, designed with the aim of increasing both aerodynamic efficiency and positively influencing the rear tyres cooling. But that's not all, because the front spoiler and the rear protection have also been renewed to meet the more and more demanding safety requirements of the FIA regulations.

BSD Brake Caliper
WORLD TITLE BRAKE SYSTEM
EOS TDX, in its single-gear version, is equipped with the BSD braking system. This is a system that has proved with results to be the technical reference point in the field: it is not by chance that the BSD brake signed by OTK Kart Group has equipped the karts that won the OK and OKJ world titles for two years in a row, in 2020 and 2021. The brake caliper, with two D. 34.5 mm pistons and stroke recovery, is forged in a single piece. Combined to this, is the brake line with outer cover stainless steel braid, PTFE inner tube. The caliper and the brake pump are made of Ergal, a material that stands out for its excellent mechanical resistance, which is further increased by the hard oxidation process that reduces wear on the moving parts.

Driving comfort
DETAILS FOR ALL DRIVERS
A fundamental aspect for every driver is the driving position. OTK Kart Group knows it very well and aims, in the process of developing new products, to focus on the search for solutions that favour the comfort and driver adjustment to the vehicle, without neglecting even the smallest detail. In this sense, the TDX offers new features concerning the footrest, now capable of greater movement in terms of adjustment, and the seat supports. These solutions are in addition to the already well-known HGS steering wheel, equipped with rubber grips for high grip and comfort, as well as the inclined hub, for a fully ergonomic driving position.

BSS and BSZ Brakes
SHIFTER ALTERNATIVE
Using selected materials of the highest quality and processing them using automated machines and processes that ensure full reproducibility of each component, always guaranteeing the highest quality parameters: these are the standards of the OTK Kart Group. These features are more fundamental than ever when referring to braking systems for the shifter categories, where braking plays an even more decisive role in performance. For this reason, next to the well-known BSS system, EOS Kart proposes for the TDX a new system, the BSZ, equipped with brake pumps with larger diameter pistons that make braking even more modular. For the DD2 version, on the other hand, the reference system remains the BSS only.
